Job summary

Chief of Staff Kc is seeking a Trade Business Development Representative (Architectural Sales) to build relationships with architecture firms in the KC metro. You will set up and lead product trainings, travel locally for presentations, and grow a portfolio of architects and designers.

The role focuses on turning specifications into projects by partnering with the trade sales team, attending events, and contributing to a dynamic team culture.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering or experience in construction sales.
• Strong presentation skills; comfortable in front of a room.
• Outgoing, coachable personality; prioritizes tasks and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Call architecture firms via CRM to set meetings and lunch-and-learns.
• Travel locally to firms and present product education sessions.
• Build and grow a book of architect/designer relationships.
• Attend industry networking events and join local AEC groups.
• Partner with the trade sales team to convert specifications into projects.
