View13 | Fleetwood & Kolbe Dealer | Carrollton, TX
Your first sales job taught you the basics. This one builds the career.
View13 sells the windows and doors that make architects redesign a room around them — Fleetwood and Kolbe, the two names that show up in the luxury homes you already stop to look at.
We're hiring one person to sell them. You'll work directly with the builders, architects, designers, and homeowners putting up the most interesting residential projects in Texas. You'll walk job sites. You'll sit in design meetings. You'll watch a project you sold go from a drawing to a wall of glass you can drive past.
This is not a phone bank. It is not a script. It's a real territory, real relationships, and a real path to a $150,000+ career by year three.
You're not starting from zero. You'll inherit an existing book of builder and architect accounts on day one — real relationships, real repeat business — and your job is to grow them while you build your own.
90% Dallas–Fort Worth, with projects across the rest of Texas, the surrounding states, and Colorado. Big enough to build something. Close enough to be home most nights.
You'll report directly to company President and General Manager. That's unusual at this level and it's intentional — you'll get coached by the two people who know the market and the product best, not handed to a manager three layers down.
We're telling you the ramp honestly because luxury windows and doors run on long cycles. A project you start this spring may install next year. The reps who win here are the ones who understand that early — and get paid accordingly once the pipeline matures.
