Job summary

Dal-Tile Corp. seeks an Architectural Sales Rep to expand market reach by cultivating relationships with Architects, Designers, and National Accounts. You will drive sales from lead to close, deliver product knowledge seminars, and implement an approved marketing plan aligned with personal and business goals.

Expected base pay ranges from $66,000 to $100,000, with potential commissions and bonuses as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience calling on the A&D community or 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
• High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout assigned regions to call on Architects, Designers, Developers, General Contractors, and National Accounts.
• Identify and establish relationships with the Top 20 architectural firms and the Top 20 design firms.
• Pursues new and maintains existing National Accounts. Follows up and reports information.
• Emphasizes new product promotion during sales calls.
• Schedules regular product knowledge seminars with architectural and design firms.
• Develops in-depth knowledge and expertise with regard to all Daltile products, allied products, and installation methods.
• Tracks meeting results consistently and effectively.
• Maintains frequent communication with SSC staff to advise of future orders and obtain samples.
• Schedules timely Large Project Tracking meetings.
• Replenishes and updates products with the local A&D firms.
• Performs other assigned duties as required.
