You will drive revenue across direct sales, an independent rep network, and architect specification sales, while partnering with Product, Ops, and Marketing to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

Experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial construction sales.
Ability to manage full sales pipeline from lead to contract using CRM systems.
Proven success in securing specifications and building client relationships.

Responsibilities

Drive new business growth with contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals.
Secure product specifications on target projects from prospecting through contract execution.
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM reporting.
Develop and manage independent sales representative networks.
