The Product Associate (Commercialization) plays a critical role in growing Elevate Architectural Products' commercial pipeline by helping move products from introduction to specification, approval, and purchase.
Working closely with architects, specifiers, contractors, consultants, and internal teams, you'llidentifynew project opportunities, support submittal and approval efforts, coordinatetestingand compliance documentation, and develop the tools and resources that help products succeed in the U.S. market.

Identifytarget projects and stakeholders (architects, spec writers, façade consultants, GC/installer influencers)Conduct outreach to drive product specifications and project opportunitiesTrack specification opportunitiesby firm/projectandmaintainconsistent follow-up with prospectsManage target accounts and gather market feedback to improve engagement strategies
AuditVEsubmittal packages and RFIs toidentifygaps and approval risksAssemble VE submittal packages using approved materials: cut sheets, test reports, details, finish options, installation narratives, alternatesCoordinate with internal teams to ensureaccurateandtimelydeliverablesDevelop andmaintainreusable submittal templates and resources
Identifytesting, certification, and documentation requirements needed to secure product specificationsCoordinate third-party testing and track deliverablesMaintain organized product documentation and version control
Analyze pipeline performance andidentifyopportunities to improve conversion ratesDevelop tools and resources such as FAQs, application guides, competitor comparisons, and specification languageMaintain CRM accuracy and ensure opportunity dataremainsup to date
Experience supporting product management and project management. Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Knowledge of construction products, building materials, architectural products, façades, or the building envelope industry — including performance specs, testing requirements, and applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare submittals, specification language, and professional follow-up correspondence with manufacturers, customers, and internal stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing deadlines, and collaborate effectively across teams. Confidence and persistence in customer outreach, relationship building, and follow-up activities. Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to learn new products, improve processes, and contribute to a growing business.
Familiarity with Requests for Information (RFIs), Value Engineering (VE) narratives, and related project documentation. Understanding of material testing reports and product certifications (e.g., Intertek, ICC-ES, or similar testing agencies)
$60,000–$75,000 annually (based on experience)
