You will work with architects, spec writers, contractors, and internal teams to identify new project opportunities and support submittals and compliance documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting product management and project management.
• Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Knowledge of construction products, building materials, architectural products, façades, or the building envelope industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional follow-up
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Specification Outreach & Lead Generation: identify projects and drive specifications, track opportunities, and maintain follow-up.
• Value Engineering & Submittal Support: audit submittals, assemble VE packages, coordinate with teams, develop templates.
• Testing & Documentation Roadmap Support: identify testing requirements, coordinate third-party tests, maintain docs.
• Pipeline Improvement & Commercial Insights: analyze pipeline, develop FAQs/guides, keep CRM data up to date.
