Job summary

Dal-Tile is seeking a dynamic Architectural Sales Rep to increase the market. The Architectural Sales Rep is responsible for all sales activities from lead generation to sales closure through a framework of both specified and unspecified projects.

They will develop and implement an approved marketing Plan that will meet both personal and business goals. In addition to base pay, the role may include commission, bonuses, and other incentive programs tied to performance and corporate benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience calling on the A&D community or 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and self-starter attitude.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout assigned regions to call on Architects, Designers, Developers, General Contractors and National Accounts.
• Identify and establish relationships with top architectural and design firms.
• Pursue new and maintain existing National Accounts and follow up with information.
• Promote new products during sales calls and schedule product knowledge seminars.
• Maintain knowledge of Dal-Tile products, installation methods, and track meeting results.
