• NYC scaffolding certification required for work on fixed/suspended scaffolding and aerial lifts.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to lead teams and manage client relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all project phases from schematic design through construction, meeting timelines and budgets.
• Serve as daily client contact, managing expectations and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Oversee restoration and façade repair work, detailing and documentation.
• Supervise site inspections, safety checks, and regulatory filings with NYC agencies.
• Support business development through proposals and marketing materials.
