Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in architecture, project management, design-build, commercial construction, modular construction, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Licensed Architect preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads architectural projects through schematic design, design development, construction documentation, fabrication, and construction phases.
• Manages project schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinates multidisciplinary teams including architecture, structural, MEP, manufacturing, and construction stakeholders.
• Facilitates project meetings and communicates updates, risks, and progress to stakeholders.
• Ensures projects stay within scope, schedule, quality, and business objectives.
