Job summary

CyberCoders seeks an Architectural Project Manager onsite in Napa, CA to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of complex commercial and retail projects nationwide. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and aligned with goals.

You will act as the primary client contact, manage expectations, assess risks, and drive quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
• Experience with commercial and retail projects such as grocery, QSR, warehouse, and similar facilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proven leadership with direct client interaction.
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of architectural principles, practices and project delivery.

Responsibilities

What You Will Be Doing

The position will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex commercial and retail projects nationwide. This role partners with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and aligned with project goals. As the primary client contact, the Project Manager drives communication, manages stakeholder expectations, oversees project risks, and ensures quality and regulatory compliance. Success in this role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver high-performing projects that meet both design and operational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Retail, shopping center, grocery....etc. project experience
• Revit familiarity
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Proven leadership experience with direct client interaction.
