Job summary

CyberCoders in Hayward, CA is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to lead and oversee architectural projects from conception to completion onsite. You will collaborate with leadership, manage design development, and ensure compliance with codes and standards.

The role requires strong communication and leadership skills and may involve coordination with consultants and contractors. We offer 3 weeks starting PTO, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, 401k with a generous employer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture required.
• Education project experience is a plus.
• Revit preferred.
• Client communication and project management experience.
• An architecture license is not required but is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand vision, needs, and budget, and translate into design concepts.
• Oversee the development of design presentations, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into design solutions.
• Represent the firm at client meetings, industry events, and public presentations.
