Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an Architectural Project Manager with retail, shopping center and grocery experience to lead complex commercial projects nationwide. Onsite in Santa Rosa, this full-time role coordinates with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

As the primary client contact, you will manage stakeholders, oversee risks, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and guide teams to meet design and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Experience on retail, shopping center, grocery projects.
• Proficient with architectural principles and project delivery.
• Strong client interaction and leadership experience.

What You Will Be Doing

The position will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex commercial and retail projects nationwide. This role partners with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and aligned with project goals. As the primary client contact, the Project Manager drives communication, manages stakeholder expectations, oversees project risks, and ensures quality and regulatory compliance. Success in this role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver high-performing projects that meet both design and operational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Retail, shopping center, grocery....etc. project experience
• Revit familiarity
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Proven leadership experience with direct client interaction.
• Strong knowledge of architectural principles, practices, and project delivery.
• Commitment to quality and excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience with commercial and retail projects, including grocery, QSR, warehouse, and similar facilities.
