Job summary

PM Design Inc. in Allen, TX seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead multi-project delivery in architecture and design from concept to completion. You will guide teams, manage budgets, and maintain exceptional client service while driving project profitability.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with clients and consultants, ensure code compliance, and contribute to business growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture with licensure encouraged.
• 5+ years of architectural project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and design processes.
• Proven leadership, budgeting, and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from concept through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and lead meetings and presentations.
• Oversee documentation, QA/QC, and coordination with consultants and teams.
• Mentor staff and manage proposals, fees, change orders, and profitability.
• Support business growth and contribute to pursuits and client development.
