Job summary

You will oversee multiple client accounts, mentor teams, and collaborate with regional leadership to ensure profitability and top-quality delivery of projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area.

Qualifications

• Registered Architect with licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture; a Master's degree is preferred.
• 10–15 years of experience in retail and commercial architecture, with national rollout programs preferred.
• Experience leading teams, studio operations, and multi-account oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead studio operations, staffing, and resource planning.
• Mentor and develop multidisciplinary teams.
• Drive project delivery, scheduling, budgeting, and profitability.
• Strengthen client relationships and expand national accounts.
• Partner with leadership to ensure quality and growth.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Architecture
