Job summary

Perkins & Will Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead design and delivery across architectural projects in Austin. You will manage scope, budget, and teams, coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design excellence and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include developing project scopes and fees, directing work plans in Deltek, and maintaining clear communication across stakeholders to minimize risk and maximize project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field required.
• 8–10 years of project management experience preferred.
• Licensure or certification in architecture/interiors encouraged.
• Experience with Deltek and design-delivery processes beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all project aspects within scope and budget.
• Coordinate project teams, communicate with clients and consultants.
• Develop and validate project scope, fee, budget and services.
• Use Deltek for work plans, budgets, schedules and change notices.
• Monitor construction administration during construction phase.
• Support business development and client relationships.
