The role emphasizes effective staffing, risk management, and close coordination with design professionals to ensure timely, profitable project delivery.

Qualifications

• Education or commensurate experience in the architecture, engineering or construction industry.
• Professional registration as an Architect.
• Minimum of 5 years in a project management position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Deltek Vantagepoint.
• Effective communication skills for engaging collaboration with clients, consultants, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Directs multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion.
• Develops and manages scope, schedule, fee structure, and budget to align with client expectations.
• Leads client meetings, provides project solutions, and addresses concerns promptly.
• Manages resources and staffing to meet deadlines while maintaining profitability.
• Identifies and mitigates project risks affecting timelines, budgets, or quality.
• Oversees project financial health by reviewing billing, expenses, and staff utilization.
• Coordinates design efforts with engineers and subconsultants for integrated disciplines.
• Oversees closeout, prepares final deliverables, and coordinates punch lists.
