Qualifications

• Willingness to participate in business development and marketing.
• Valid drivers license and ability to pass a background check.
• Design portfolio demonstrating experience required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Architectural Leadership to successfully deliver projects.
• Manage client relationships and day-to-day project needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to conceptualize, design, and produce project documentation.
• Interface with external consultants to coordinate disciplines, manage contracts, and maintain schedules.
• Join in business development and marketing activities, including RFPs and interviews.
• Set, monitor, and maintain project budgets, work plans, and schedules through all design phases.
