Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 5+ years of professional architectural experience with project management responsibility.
• Experience with residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage architectural projects from schematic design through construction administration.
• Oversee project schedules, deliverables, budgets, and coordination.
• Produce and coordinate construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and internal design teams.
• Manage permitting, respond to building department comments, and oversee drawing revisions.
• Support design development, presentations, and 3D visualization.
• Perform construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, and site visits.
• Maintain high standards of design, documentation, and client service.
