Job summary

Goodwyn Mills Cawood (GMC) is seeking an Architecture Project Manager to support our Tampa, FL office. The role entails delivering architectural projects from design through construction under senior leadership, applying firm standards to meet client expectations, quality, and regulatory guidelines.

The candidate will help develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules while coordinating with internal teams and consultants, maintaining client communication, and supporting overall project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferred.
• Certification as a licensed architect, preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be able to listen and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of architectural projects from design through construction under leadership guidance.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets while coordinating with internal teams and consultants.
• Maintain client communication and manage day-to-day project activities.
• Guide projects through design development, documentation, and construction administration.
• Assist with QA/QC reviews and ensure compliance with standards and codes.
