Job summary

TYG is partnering with a growing multidisciplinary architecture and engineering firm in Orlando, seeking an Architectural Designer to join the local team. You will contribute to a variety of projects, collaborating with architects, engineers, and other design professionals.

You will develop design documents in Revit and related software, assist with permitting, bidding, and construction administration, and work with structural and MEP disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 2+ years of experience in an architectural firm.
• Proficient knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
• Understanding of building construction, detailing, and codes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design development and construction document production.
• Develop and coordinate architectural drawings using Revit and other design software.
• Assist with permitting, bidding, and construction administration.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.
• Participate in site visits and support project teams through various phases.
• Apply building codes, construction methods, and industry standards to assigned work.
• Work alongside experienced professionals who will support your technical and design development.
