The ideal candidate develops project scopes, schedules, and budgets while coordinating with internal teams and consultants to ensure successful execution and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferred.
• Certification as a licensed professional, preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be able to listen and communicate effectively.
• Must be a self-starter, team player and able to establish good working relationships with clients and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Supports the delivery of architectural projects from design through construction under senior leadership guidance.
• Develops project scopes, schedules, and budgets in coordination with internal teams and consultants.
• Maintains client communication and manages day-to-day project activities.
• Coordinates across disciplines to align design intent and deliverables.
• Performs QA/QC reviews to ensure standards and codes compliance.
• Assists with project closeout documentation and final deliverables.
