TYG, partnering with an established design practice in Jacksonville, seeks an Architect with 5+ years of experience to join a design-led studio. You will contribute to a range of projects, lead design processes, and produce high-quality documents using Revit and AutoCAD while developing 3D visuals with SketchUp and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Architectural licensure / actively pursuing is preferred.
• Experience with 3D modelling and visualisation software.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design-led architectural and site design projects across a range of scales and project types.
• Engage in the full design process from conceptual design through documentation and construction administration.
• Develop creative design solutions while balancing project requirements, technical considerations, and client goals.
• Produce and coordinate high-quality construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate closely with project teams, consultants, and clients to bring design concepts to life.
• Develop 3D models, presentations, and design graphics using SketchUp, Enscape, Rhino, Lumion, or similar software.
• Support projects while managing deadlines, priorities, and deliverables.
