Job summary

Metric Geo in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a Residential Project Manager to lead single-family and low-density projects from concept through construction in a hybrid role (3 days onsite).

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and client communications, develop proposals and contracts, coordinate internal and external teams, and mentor junior staff to ensure design quality and on‑time delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of architectural project management experience.
• Experience with single-family / low-density residential projects.
• Experience managing projects through full design and construction phases.
• Degree in Architecture from an accredited program (NAAB preferred).

We are partnering with a well‑established, award‑winning architecture and planning firm seeking a Residential Project Manager to join their growing team in the East Bay.

This firm brings decades of experience designing thoughtfully crafted residential communities across the Western U.S., with a strong focus on design quality, collaboration, and creating places that enhance how people live.

This is a hybrid role based in the East Bay (3 days onsite), responsible for leading single‑family and low‑density residential projects from concept through construction.

What You’ll Do

• Lead residential architecture projects through all phases (SD through CA)
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and client communications
• Develop proposals, contracts, and oversee project financial performance
• Serve as the primary client liaison from start to finish

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Revit/BIM, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
• Strong communication, leadership, and client‑facing skills
• Degree in Architecture from an accredited program (NAAB preferred)
