This hybrid position requires at least three days of onsite work weekly. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience with low density and single-family residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. building codes and permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project efforts including Design Development and Construction Administration.
• Estimate fees, prepare proposals, and monitor adherence to project terms.
• Act as the client contact to ensure project completion and satisfaction.
