Job summary

TYG in Miami is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to lead projects from concept through construction administration. You will drive design development, coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality documentation.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of professional experience, a degree in Architecture, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in architecture or related fields.
• Degree in architecture required; licensure preferred.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept and schematic design through construction administration.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, coordination, and day-to-day activities.
• Develop and coordinate construction documents using Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and internal project teams.
• Support ground-up project design and project delivery.
• Manage RFIs, construction documentation, and other project administration requirements.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality design and documentation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced architect to take a key role in managing projects from concept through construction. The ideal candidate will bring strong project leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

About the role:

Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional experience
• Preferably project experience across municipal, industrial, education, healthcare or commercial sectors
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, andAutoCad.
• Architectural License preferred but not required.
