Job summary

TYG is seeking an Architectural Designer to join its Orlando team, contributing to diverse projects alongside architects, engineers and other design professionals. You will gain mentorship and growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Assisting with design development and construction documents, coordinating drawings in Revit and AutoCAD, and supporting permitting, bidding, and construction administration while aligning with codes and standards will be core responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
  • 2+ years of experience in an architectural firm.
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop and SketchUp; knowledge of building codes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with design development and construction document production.
  • Develop and coordinate architectural drawings using Revit and other design software.
  • Assist with permitting, bidding, and construction administration.
  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.
  • Participate in site visits and support project teams through various phases.
  • Apply building codes, construction methods, and industry standards to assigned work.
  • Work alongside experienced professionals who will support your technical and design development.
