Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Honolulu, HI, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring design intent, financial performance, and tight team coordination throughout all phases.

You’ll manage multiple projects, guide internal teams and consultants, and serve as a primary client contact—balancing creativity, organization, and accountability in a fast-paced studio environment while advancing sustainable design

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent).
• Architectural licensure preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in an architectural firm.
• Strong understanding of buildingsystems and design processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage architectural projects through all phases.
• Oversee project scope, budget, schedule, and documentation.
• Coordinate consultants and internal project teams.
• Lead client meetings and presentations.
• Supports sustainable design strategies and LEED goals.
• Maintain strong client relationships and clear communication.
