Job summary

Advatix®, Inc. in Honolulu, Hawaii, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead architectural projects from concept through construction.

You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, client relationships, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Based onsite in Honolulu, you will coordinate planning, design, permitting, and construction phases, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with building codes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Proven project management experience within architecture, design, or construction.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Proficiency with architectural and project management software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard tools.
  • Knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, construction methods, and technical documentation.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage architectural projects through all phases, from planning and design to construction and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and long-term relationships.
  • Oversee project documentation, technical accuracy, and compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain project objectives.
  • Review project deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to client expectations.
  • Mentor junior team members and promote a collaborative, high-performing work environment.
  • Participate in project meetings, site visits, and coordination with internal and external teams.

Location: Honolulu, HI (Onsite) | Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Pay Rate: $101,000 – $106,650 per year

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead architectural projects from concept through construction.
