• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and guide project teams and consultants while maintaining client relationships and delivering presentations.
• Design & Technical Expertise: Apply knowledge of building systems and sustainable/LEED design, ensuring quality and integration into projects.
• Performance & Work Efficiency: Work in a multi-project environment using AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office with strong communication and attention to detail.
