Job summary

Express Employment Professionals – Hawaii is seeking a Project Manager for a design-focused architecture firm in Honolulu. You will lead architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring design intent, budget, and team coordination stay aligned in a fast-paced studio.

You’ll manage multiple projects, guide internal teams and consultants, and serve as a main client contact, balancing creativity, organization, and accountability while advancing sustainable design goals and LEED

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of project management experience in an architectural firm.
• Strong understanding of building systems and design processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage architectural projects through all phases.
• Oversee project scope, budget, schedule, and documentation.
• Coordinate consultants and internal project teams.

Schedule: Full-time

This role supports a design‑focused architecture firm committed to creating thoughtful, sustainable environments through strong collaboration and client relationships. The Project Manager leads architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring design intent, financial performance, and team coordination stay aligned throughout all phases.

You’ll manage multiple projects, guide internal teams and consultants, and serve as a key point of contact for clients—balancing creativity, organization, and accountability in a fast‑paced studio environment.
