Qualifications

• 10+ years of architectural experience, preferably in K-12, Higher Education, and/or Healthcare.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proficiency with current architectural/document technologies.
• Strong project leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of contracts and billing procedures.
• Proven onsite construction/field experience.
• Strong understanding of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Knowledge of Texas building codes, ADA requirements, and applicable federal/industry standards.
