Position Summary:

KPB Architects is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial, federal, and healthcare projects. You will act as the primary contact for clients from design through construction, ensuring project goals, client expectations, schedule, and budget are met. Applicants should be licensed or registered architects with at least 10 years of experience.

Duties And Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the architectural process from initial design to project completion.
  2. Manage the project team to fulfill client specifications and expectations.
  3. Maintain project files, including correspondence, drawings, and submittals.
  4. Communicate with clients and contractors regarding changes.
  5. Provide advice, support, and feedback to mentees.
  6. Monitor work in progress and invoicing.
  7. Assist with proposals.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in architecture (NAAB-accredited program).
  2. Master's degree is a plus.
  3. Licensed or Registered Architect (RA) preferred.
  4. Experience in architecture, preferably in high-volume firms.
  5. Proficiency in Revit.
  6. Knowledge of building codes and construction standards.
  7. 10+ years of experience.
