You’ll market and manage multi-disciplinary teams and assist in expanding our architectural, MEP, and commissioning staff, working with our national team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture is required.
• Registered Architect preferred (NCARB preferred).
• 10+ years of work experience in architectural design and planning within core markets.
• Demonstrated project management and supervisory experience.
• Success in developing new clients and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Participate in marketing opportunities and develop client relationships for continuing business.
• Lead project teams to execute design processes and manage project complexities to meet goals and standards.
• Full responsibility for managing all aspects of projects within scope and budget.
• Manage project teams, foster collaboration, and ensure effective communication and delivery.
