Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced architectural project coordinator to manage multiple architecture and construction projects in a collaborative, cross-functional setting. The role supports design initiatives and ensures high-quality construction documents while meeting deadlines and budgets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in architecture or construction, strong knowledge of building codes, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Excel, and Word.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of architectural or construction experience.
• 2+ years of project or people management experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Excel, and Word.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction documents, and building codes.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural and construction projects concurrently.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, operations, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Support development and evaluation of new design options, styles, and details.
• Assist with technology and process-improvement initiatives.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
• Review construction documents and interpret building codes.
• Maintain project data, documentation, and workflow standards.
• Share best practices and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Help develop standards, procedures, and project governance.
