You will collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal design teams to deliver high-quality, coordinated construction documents.

The ideal candidate has a strong architectural background, excels in project leadership, and can balance design quality with budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture
• 8 to 15 years of professional architectural experience
• Strong experience managing commercial and multifamily projects
• Proven ability to lead projects through all phases of design and construction
• Strong proficiency in Revit
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, rendering software, and related architectural tools
• Working knowledge of building codes, accessibility requirements, life safety standards, construction methods, and architectural documentation
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational, communication, and client relationship skills
• Architectural registration but not required

Responsabilités

• Lead commercial and multifamily projects from schematic design through construction administration
• Translate design concepts into clear, coordinated architectural solutions
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and work plans
• Oversee preparation and coordination of architectural drawing sets, details, schedules, and specifications
• Maintain the original design vision throughout documentation and construction
• Balance design quality, technical requirements, budgets, and schedules
• Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and client expectations
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the project
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and design workshops
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other project partners
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative studio culture
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision
• Lead construction administration activities, including submittal reviews, RFIs, site visits, and punch lists
• Evaluate field conditions and develop practical solutions that maintain design quality
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants to address construction related questions
• Guide projects through permitting, bidding, construction, final completion, and closeout
