Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a growing architectural and design services firm to lead complex projects from schematic design through construction administration and closeout.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, monitor scope, budgets, and schedules, and mentor the project team to uphold design quality and firm standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading architectural projects from design through closeout.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of architectural projects including schematic design, design development, construction documents, permitting, construction administration, and closeout.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, consultants, vendors, governing agencies, and internal teams.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust scopes, budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and deliverables.
• Lead and coordinate project teams to resolve design, technical, code, schedule, and documentation issues.
• Review drawings, specs, cost estimates, RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
• Mentor and supervise project team members while upholding design quality and firm standards.
