Job summary

ACS-5da1d823 is seeking an experienced licensed architect to lead multi-phase project development from programming through construction administration. You will ensure design intent, technical accuracy, and compliance with codes while coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

The role requires strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, plus experience with rendering tools and construction documentation. Travel for site visits may be required.

Qualifications

• Licensed architect with good standing in at least one state.
• 5–10 years of experience in production design for hotels, restaurants, retail, or senior living projects.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (5+ years active Revit project experience).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam; skilled with rendering tools such as SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or Lumion.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction means and methods, and ability to prepare and review specs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to clients, review boards, and officials; collaborate with consultants and permitting authorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design across all project phases and ensure integration of building systems.
• Prepare design and construction documentation.
• Research materials and consult with manufacturers as needed.
• Develop interior and exterior details with code compliance.
• Create and manage project work plans; mentor staff.
• Coordinate with engineers; review drawings for scope and schedule.
• Assist with fee development and time estimation for RFPs.
• Support field administration, RFIs, sketches, addenda, site visits.
