The ideal candidate has hands-on design experience in industrial facilities such as manufacturing plants, warehouses, and distribution centers, strong teamwork, and a proactive approach to project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading architectural projects from concept through permitting.
• Ability to produce complete construction documents for industrial facilities.
• Strong collaboration with clients, engineers, municipalities, and construction teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from conceptual design through permitting and construction support.
• Produce complete construction documents and detailed drawing sets using AutoCAD.
• Design industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, fabrication, and commercial facilities.
• Coordinate with clients, municipalities, consultants, and engineering teams.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining schedules, budgets, code compliance, and quality standards.
• Support construction teams with drawing revisions, RFIs, field coordination, and construction administration needs.
