Job summary

Altus Architectural Studios, Inc is seeking an Architectural Project Coordinator to support planning, design, and delivery of projects in Golden, CO. You will work with the Project Architect to produce drawings, specifications, and presentations while ensuring coordination and adherence to codes and schedules.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience and can perform hard and soft skills across design development, construction documents, and client coordination.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in architectural project coordination.
• Experience with design development and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, design, and delivery from programming to construction administration.
• Produce high-quality drawings, specifications, and presentations with the team.
• Coordinate with project architect, consultants, and clients to meet goals and codes.
• Prepare schematics and design development/construction documents.
• Review submittals and assist in construction administration.
• Plan and coordinate projects from programming through construction administration.
• Participate in project meetings with clients and team members.
• Assist in organizing drawing sets and resolve technically challenging issues.
