Studio Plus Architects Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to advance unlicensed or developing architects into leadership roles. You will coordinate design documents, BIM models, and project deliverables for multiple client types, gaining experience to grow into Project Architect or Project Manager roles.

The position emphasizes collaboration with fellow architects, maintaining client relationships, and growing skills in design execution, budgeting, and production requirements across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of comparable experience in a design firm.
• Preferred degree: B.Arch or M.Arch from an accredited institution.
• Intent to pursue architectural licensure is preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office suite is strongly preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Enscape and ProCore is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Architectural drafting and BIM modeling representing design intent.
• Meet deliverable schedules and coordinate with engineers and designers.
• Organize documentation of correspondence with project team and vendors.
• Coordinate BIM files and model exchange with engineers.
• Coordinate with BIM Manager on execution plans.
• Review project checklists with PM and team.
• Coordinate document sets and assist distribution to stakeholders.
• Develop clear reports, responses, and specifications as directed.
• Develop field reports and meeting minutes as directed.
• Assist or lead RFIs, submittals, AHJ responses as directed.
• Assemble drawings for QA/QC reviews and transmit docs to clients/contractors.
• Develop renderings and identify/code issues with the team.
