Job summary

SSOE Group is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for its Architecture team in the United States. The role supports Project Managers across multi-discipline design teams from scope development through design packages and full project execution.

The position emphasizes assisting with plans, schedules, budgets, and client communications while coordinating documents and meetings. Travel is required and CAPM certification is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Associate degree preferred.
• CAPM certification encouraged.
• At least 1 year as Architect or 3 years related experience.
• Travel required; strong communication skills.
• Experience with MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CADD.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sr. Project Managers with day-to-day tasks: staffing, schedules, budgets.
• Help prepare project plans, budgets, control procedures.
• Manage small to medium projects under supervision.
• Audit client billings and assist in communications with teams and clients.
• Support proposals, RFI/logistics, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate document control, meetings, and project closeout.
• Travel to other offices or client sites as needed.
