SSOE is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for its Architecture team to support multi‑discipline design and project execution. You will assist project managers on scope development, design packages, schedules and budgets, while ensuring quality service for leading edge clients.

You will coordinate between teams, consultants and clients, prepare proposals, and help manage financings and RFIs. Travel to client sites is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Architecture or equivalent licensure qualifies candidate.
• CAPM certification encouraged for project management support.
• Minimum experience as Architect 1 or related field preferred.
• Travel is required to client sites and other offices.

Responsabilidades

• Support Sr./Project Manager with day‑to‑day tasks, staffing, budgets and schedules.
• Assist in developing project plans and control procedures.
• Manage one or two small to mid‑size design projects under supervision.
• Prepare and audit client billings for approval.
• Communicate client requirements to design teams and consultants.
• Contribute to proposals and client meetings; assist with RFI submittals.
• Coordinate meetings, document controls and distribution of drawings.
• Occasional travel to other offices or sites; maintain driver’s license.
