Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an architecture or engineering firm.
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide various support services to architectural teams.
• Entitlement Processing- Research and interpret zoning ordinances, codes, and regulatory frameworks to guide project feasibility and compliance.
• Architectural Specification Writing- Develop detailed architectural specifications to communicate design intent, materials, and construction standards.
