Job summary

Paragon Architecture is seeking a Project Coordinator with 3–6 years of experience to support Project Managers from conceptual design through construction administration. This full-time role emphasizes teamwork, organization, and problem-solving within a dynamic architectural environment.

You will model and develop project documents, respond to redlines, and help generate construction drawings while coordinating multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture; licensure not required.
• 3–6 years of experience with Project Managers on all phases.
• Proficient with REVIT Architecture and construction documents.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

Job description

A Project Coordinator position is a good fit for architectural designers with some experience under their belts. To succeed as a Project Coordinator at Paragon Architecture, you’ll need to be comfortable modeling, developing project documents, and addressing redlines from your Project Managers. When submittals, documentation, and correspondence comes flying in from multiple directions for multiple projects, we’re relying on you to be the air traffic controller who is cool, calm, and collected – thriving in a fast-paced environment, but adaptable and willing to adjust as conditions change. As a vital support component to the team, you can expect to remain actively engaged in the design phase, help lead the generation of construction documents, and take part in the construction administration process. When you’re attending client and consultant meetings, we also count on you to be a class act representative in professional settings. Quality project execution relies on an attitude of teamwork, accountability, creativity, and organization at every phase and in every detail. ABOUT THE PROJECT COORDINATOR POSITION:
Paragon Architecture is looking for someone with 3-6 years of experience to work with Project Managers on all phases of projects from conceptual design through construction administration.The ideal candidate will be motivated, a self-starter with a passion for design and a love of the architectural process. This full-time position requires a bachelor’s degree in architecture, licensure not required.
