Job summary

Paragon Architecture is seeking a Project Coordinator with 3–6 years of experience to support Project Managers from conceptual design through construction administration. This full-time role emphasizes teamwork, organization, and problem-solving within a dynamic architectural environment.

You will model and develop project documents, respond to redlines, and help generate construction drawings while coordinating multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture; licensure not required.
• 3–6 years of experience with Project Managers on all phases.
• Proficient with REVIT Architecture and construction documents.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Model and develop project documents across all project phases.
• Address redlines from Project Managers promptly.
• Coordinate multiple projects and maintain schedules.
• Assist in generating construction documents and drawings.
• Participate in construction administration and site meetings.
• Represent the firm professionally at client and consultant meetings.
