Responsabilités

• Work directly with the firm principal to develop and execute the architectural vision for each project
• Advance projects through predesign, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, permitting, bidding, and construction administration
• Develop thoughtful and well-resolved architectural details consistent with the overall design intent
• Produce clear, accurate, coordinated, and constructible drawing sets using Revit
• Coordinate structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, landscape, and other project consultants
• Assist with zoning, building-code, accessibility, and regulatory research
• Communicate directly and professionally with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and reviewing agencies
• Participate in client presentations and project meetings
• Review shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and contractor questions during construction
• Conduct site visits and document construction progress
• Manage project priorities, schedules, deliverables, and overlapping deadlines
• Contribute to office standards, BIM workflows, project-management systems, and quality-control procedures

Project Architect /Senior ArchitecturalDesigner The Position

Parnagian Architects is seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect or Senior Architectural Designerwith approximately 7-10 years of professional experience.

This is a hands-on role for an architect or designer who combines strong design judgment with excellent technical and organizational abilities. The successful candidate should be comfortable workingindependently, managing multiple project responsibilities, and advancing work with limited day-to-daydirection while remaining highly collaborative.

The position will involve projects at multiple stages of development, from programming and conceptualdesign through construction documentation and construction administration. Because of the size of thepractice, the role is broader than a conventional production position and offers meaningful responsibility,direct client and consultant interaction, and the opportunity to influence the evolution of the firm.

As a small practice, we offer an unusually broad level of project involvement. Team members participatemeaningfully in design, visualization, documentation, consultant coordination, client communication, andconstruction administration. This position provides an opportunity to work directly with the firm principal and take a significant role in the continued development of a growing design practice.
