Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency required.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven administrative experience, preferably in an architecture or engineering firm.
• Proficiency in MS Office; strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to architectural teams across entitlement processing, documentation, and project coordination.
• Develop and manage architectural specifications, communicating design intent and construction standards.
• Prepare and manage documentation for entitlement processes and specification development.
• Support schedules, submittals, RFIs, change orders, project uploads, and related tasks.
