Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, materials, and sustainable design practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to and lead portions of the design process from conceptual design through detailed documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve design and technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate design intent, technical solutions, and project updates to clients, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including architecture, engineering, construction, and external consultants.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage individual project responsibilities, meet deadlines, and contribute to project schedules and budgets.
  • Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to junior architectural staff.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
