Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Lead Senior Architect to join our Milwaukee-area team, taking ownership of projects from concept through completion and serving as the main interface for clients, consultants, and internal teams.

You will lead design across corporate, municipal, healthcare, industrial, and K-12 sectors, manage timelines and budgets, mentor junior staff, and navigate permits and code compliance.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) required.
• Active licensure or pursuing licensure; RA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in a project architect or similar role.
• Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD.
• Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset.
• Experience across multiple project sectors is a plus.
