The role ensures project goals are achieved within established timelines and budgets while managing project personnel, communications, documentation, procurement, reporting, and scope adherence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure milestones are met on schedule and within the designated budget
• Maintain clear, timely, and concise communication with both internal teams and external clients, while keeping accurate digital and physical project records
• Review project proposals and plans to define project phases, timelines, budget limits, and material procurement
• Collaborate with project personnel to offer technical advice and resolve constraintsPrepares project reports for management, clients, and key stakeholders
• Review ongoing status reports adjusting schedules and plans as necessary to keep the project on track
• Maintain strict adherence to the project scope through order management tracking, verifying alignment with project shop drawings and contract documents

Skills

• Associate's degree in project management or related field, plus 1-3 years of experience in construction project management
• Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications is required
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
• Possess strong technical proficiency in to effectively oversee job operations
• Be vigilant about safety
